Great program for getting strength

I think max size is a great program dedicated to getting strength gains while also staying decently conditioned due to the last month incorporating some type of aerobic exercise at the end of each session. Highly recommended!

Accomplish all goals!

Best program I have ever had. Jeff inspired me true youtube and I bought inferno max size after a while. Best purchase ever! Been training consistently ever since. Consistent training is way easier if you know what to do and on which day. Been seeing great results in muscle gains and condition as well. If you wanne look like an athleanx you got to train like an athleanx. Thanks to everyone involved!

Love Max Size

The Max Size program was a real challenge. I gained size and strength in the 12 weeks. I had noticeable gains in my upper body and abs. I have been asked about my workout routine by others and I point them to AthleanX.

Game Changer

I’m still in month 1. The XV10 or 10×10 and 10×5 style training is definitely a great muscle building style that I have never thought of doing. I’ve put on muscle that I never have been able to before.

straining workout

a lot of repetitive movements for each phase. but it is still good for me. requires a lot of mental fortitude for each session.

Program getting muscular definition

I was expecting getting more jacket, but I think that lack of it was caused by my nutrition. Even though I did not lose any fat as I was aiming more towards building muscle I noticed that throughout the program I got more muscular definition. As always in Jeffs programs I did like the variation in workouts. My personal observation is that I got more muscle and at the same time lost fat with one month of wolverine: Beastmode program. This does not mean that I would not recommend the program, only to give heads up on my observation which is that I got different results than I was expecting.

Challenges with outside the box training methods

Incorporating different training methods including focusing on eccentric and concentric portions of the list has changed may training. I have developed additional size but have also been able to work on stability issues in my shoulder, which has been plagued by injury for many years!

Solid program - volume

Some tough volume training combined with some finishers to push you even further. High volume with a few techniques I’ve not used before. Will likely cycle the program with Beaxst.

Ass kicker

I started weight training at home only a few months not really sure what I was doing. I wanted a good hard program to follow. I figured max size looked and sounded good. It was hard and challenging but I stuck to it. The program itself was motivation enough for me to finish. My gf is really impressed with the changes especially in my legs. I already purchased ultimate arms and core 4 abs for my next challenge. I will redo max size again in the near future.
