This is one of the best Supplement to have. I have been taking this little time now but it does what you need it to. I also sleep so well ever since I started taking this before bed. This supplement is not only good & safe but this supplement taste amazing! I can’t wait for bedtime to come.
Supplement that tastes great, making it a good treat before bed! It was a little difficult to mix with a spoon, but it mxed in with some water just fine using a shaker bottle.
There is a noticeable difference in my post-workout recovery – I feel more energetic and pumped up during my next workout. I also feel ready to do more and more workouts, so it takes some restraint to slow down and make sure I ge my rest days in.

I’ve used several brands of recovery drinks and BCAAs. This product does seem to work but the flavor is awful and it’s texture it’s weird. It foams up and gets weird. I have to chug it to finish it. I’ll finish the can but I will not not purchase it again.
Been using for over a year. I recommend it works as advertised. Get extra forearm workout due to stirring and stirring 🙂 Not sure the secret to get it to mix better like Jeff’s other supplements.
I use this a little differently than most people. I drink it in the afternoon by mixing 2 half dose servings, drinking them several hours apart. Still taste fine at half dose. I do like the recovery help that it provides.

Research suggests that L-Carnitine L-Tartrate improves muscle recovery and repair times.
